Our Founder and Principal Consultant


Charles Lim (MBA, BSc NUS, PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, Certified Master Coach CMC-BCI, Aust) has over 25 years of management and management training experience. He has spearheaded business projects and led both project and management teams, overseeing functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, HR and Finance.

Charles has also undertaken a wide array of business and managerial roles and responsibilities, with strategic and bottom-line accountability from both revenue as well as cost perspectives.

Charles is currently a practicing management consultant enabling organizations to prioritize and strategize growth through enhancing, aligning and leveraging on their organization processes, technology and, most importantly, their people. Charles’ extensive experience and inimitable approach enables him to bring across difficult concepts or apparently conflicting perspectives of different stakeholders to a new alignment in his well-received management training engagements.

He is also a frequent speaker on a variety of subjects for profit and non-profit organizations, such as PA and SHRI.
