PRINCE2 ® is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

PRINCE2 ® is one of the most recognized qualifications in project management today. PRINCE2 ® is designed to work on any type of project in any environment, and contains a set of concepts and Project Management methodology, it will help you run projects more effectively.

PMP and PRINCE2 are highly beneficial complementary certification programs which participants are strongly encouraged to gain certification status for.

PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Training
This is a 5-day intensive program, which covers the OGC’s PRINCE2 ® Project Management methodology and syllabus. You will gain practical skills by using the techniques to handle real issues.

The training program will provide delegates with a firm grounding in the sensible application of the project management method. Delegates will be able to confidently take the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Examination within the 5 training days. Course case studies will assist delegates in applying the principles to a variety of scenarios.

Through the course, delegates need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation and Practitioner qualification, and show that they can apply PRINCE2 ® approaches to address the needs and problems of a specified project scenario.

PRINCE2 ® Exams
This is an intensive program where participants will cover the contents, do practice exam questions and quizzes, study and complete both the Foundation Exam (1 hour) and Practitioner Exam (2.5 hours) within the 5 days.

The Foundation Exam is a 1-hour multiple-choice format closed-book exam with 75 Questions of which a minimum of 38 correct answers are required to achieve a Pass.

The Practitioner Exam is a 2.5 hours open-book examination (only the PRINCE2 ® Manual is allowed). The exam consists of nine questions and a short scenario plus some appendices that are relevant to specific questions. The nine questions will be sub-divided into parts. Each of the nine questions is worth 12 marks giving a total possible of 108 marks. The pass mark is 59.




Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme (CITREP)* is a training incentive program to equip Infocomm professionals in Singapore with critical, emerging and specialized skills, thus enabling them to

enhance their employability and to improve their organizations’ competitive advantage. This program supports training courses and certifications which impart knowledge and skills that are in the identified National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) skill areas.

Charles’ extensive experience and inimitable approach enables him to bring across difficult concepts or apparently conflicting perspectives of different stakeholders to a new alignment in his well-received management training engagements.
